These state-of-the-art LED panels will emit clinically proven wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support muscle recovery, improve circulation, enhance energy, and accelerate your overall workout experience. In 2014, she introduced Maui to barre by opening the very first barre studio on the island. Now, a decade later, she’s back with a renewed passion for movement and wellness.
