More than just a workout—it’s a practice in becoming the strongest, clearest, and most vibrant version of you.
With over 25 years of experience teaching yoga, barre, pilates, and meditation, Trish Bianco has dedicated her life to transforming how we approach fitness and wellness. In 2014, she introduced Maui to barre by opening the very first barre studio on the island. Now, a decade later, she’s back with a renewed passion for movement and wellness. Trish blends cutting-edge science with purposeful movement to help you heal, recover, and elevate your fitness journey.
Trish is passionate about empowering you to reach your fullest potential through a method that works with your body, not against it. The BOA Method is designed to help you feel strong, balanced, and fully alive—body, mind, and soul.
A dedicated barre and yoga instructor who has been sharing her passion for mindful movement since 2009. Her journey began at the La Jolla Yoga Center, where she completed a 500-hour Vinyasa and Anusara-inspired teacher training under the guidance of esteemed mentors Jeanie Carlstead, Michael Fukumura, and Eric Schiffman. In 2014, Chelsea expanded her expertise by training with Trish Bianco, becoming one of the first certified barre instructors in her cohort.
Since making Haiku her home in 2010, Chelsea has embraced the island's laid-back lifestyle, enjoying beach and trail runs, and fostering a deep connection with the community. She believes that creating connections through community gives her purpose in teaching, as it enriches the journey of self-discovery and growth for both herself and her students.
Chelsea's classes are a vibrant blend of challenging sequences set to curated beats, designed to invigorate both body and spirit. Beyond the studio, she is a licensed real estate broker specializing in investment properties and oceanfront residential sales. Balancing her dual careers, Chelsea embodies a life of harmony and fulfillment, inspiring her students to find their own equilibrium.
